Many of you want to download Windows 7 drivers for MacBook Pro, MacBook Air or Mac mini, and the drivers include Windows 7 graphics driver for Mac, Windows 7 audio driver for Mac, Windows 7 USB driver for Mac, etc. In fact, it’s easy to download and install all Apple drivers for Windows 7. Windows 7 Pro, x64 disc boots fine on Mac Pro. Just delete all existing Mac partition, and create new Windows partitions, and reformat the new partitions. Windows 7 installs and boots as is. Then insert Snow Leopard disc and install Boot Camp drivers.
Windows 7 64-bit on a MacBook
I download Windows 7 64-bit down from MSDN last night and decided to put it on my MacBook. The install went fine. After reading various blogs, and the fact that the Apple Window drivers are only 32bit (“Boot Camp x64 is unsupported on this computer model” 😦 ), I decided to re-install Windows 7 32-bit – mainly due to the fact that I can’t live without a working trackpad. The 64bit task bar on the MacBook looks plain – due to the lack display drivers.
Windows 7 32-bit install was easy, and the MacBook drivers work without any issue – helped by 6.1 I suspect.
